Dear Manon, 

Thank you for your letter of the 23rd November, providing an update on the two topics previously raised. The Committee discussed the contents of this letter at its recent meeting on 28th November.

Firstly, the Committee appreciated your clarification around Cross Party Groups, and agree with your suggestion to share this advice with the Remuneration Board.  

In relation to your response regarding training for Members on the Code of Conduct, relaying the discussions of the Political Contact Group, the Committee was pleased its recommendation has been accepted and implemented. We would like to re-emphasise that we believe this should be a recurring programme of training throughout the course of the Senedd, rather than a one-off session.
